English Common Law is an unwritten Law, it is common sense, it is derived from custom and judicial precedent rather than statutes.

Common Law: Do not Breach the peace, cause deliberate harm to anyone else, Cause deliberate loss to anyone else and do not use deviousness in your promise & agreements.

No statute is above Common Law, Statutes are bound by Common Law. If they exceed Common Law, then they are null and void. And that’s the Law of the LAND – (ENGLAND) which is Common Law… and actually nothing more than Common Sense.

Common Law/common sense was around before a Norman descendent Simon De Montfort created Parliament and Government.  These entities were invented under Common Law/common sense… not above it.

‘Not above it’ because only a complete fool setting themselves up for a fall would ever claim to somehow “Know better than common sense”, wouldn’t they! Consequently only such a fool would claim that Parliament could “Know better than common sense/Common Law”. So why does this British Parliament exist then? Is it telling us that it knows better than common sense!? It certainly isn’t “Doing better than common sense”, is it? Because that’s impossible of course.

Anyone stating something to the effect that because I have a vote I am bound by British Government statutes is a nonsense.

To gain entrance to the House of Commons all MP’s have to swear allegiance to the reigning monarch, not to us who did our so called ‘civil duty’ in our so called ‘democratic country’ and voted, and so the allegiance of the 650 MP shower of traitors is not to me or you, it is to the Queen… a Queen who is signing us away to foreign EU rule of course, A Queen who has not stopped any of the ills put upon us English of course.

The Queen may be bound by what the shower of traitors in the House of Commons decides, but since their allegiance is not to you and me, we are not bound to them.

There is an old Roman saying concerning the Law “Consensus Facit Legem” the Normans who invented Parliament in England had their invasion of England supported by the Papal, the Roman Church basically and so our Law system should be accustomed to the saying “Consensus Facit Legem” which means “CONSENT MAKES LAW”.  The Law can only be made by consent! How many people do you think would consent to paying Income Tax, Road Tax, Council Tax etc if we knew we could not give consent? These are all statues that we think are Law, but whilst they are not Common Law the ultimate Law of the Land, we have been made to believe they are the Law and we have to pay up, as the Government uses the force of Law to get us to consent to them, great, devious and greedy trick hey!

Why do you think the British Government is frightened of Referendums? On anything! The EU, Road Tax …absolutely anything?

Because they would then not obtain our consent of course.

And when they do entertain the odd rare referendum, they try again and again until they grind you down and get consent by whatever means they can, Ireland knows this all too well and sometimes they do a test minor Referendum like they did in the North of England concerning the EU and when it fails to get consent, they also use the tactic of ignoring a national referendum on that issue as the signs look bad concerning gaining consent.

So there ya go…consent makes Law and they do not have consent, now you all know it, go and read about it, dig deep concerning our English Common Law.

At this significant moment in time of the EDL and their latest demo turning into violent mayhem, please allow me to pass comment born out of concern for my English community, as a free thinking English nationalist not of the EDL.

Firstly I applaud any group that opposes any anti-Englishness and Most Muslims seem anti English never mind the extremists alone in their community, in general Muslims tend to be quite Anti-English society as do most settlers who still rightly cling to their own unique identity and culture which they don’t want to lose… which tells us a mass all-inclusive one-size fits all society does not work, too much ingredients and the core taste is lost and in our case the English identity is being lost among too many other identities who do not want to lose their unique taste so to speak just like us.

I have just come across an EDL facebook group (authenticity unknown) calling for them to go  underground.

As well as considering taking their issue underground I have come to the realization that maybe concerning all English street protest groups… we English should also acknowledge that we do not need an organization to represent us, as we are a community, we are a people as one, we do not need a brand name or group to belong to other than ourselves and our name – the English…

we need to lead ourselves from our own personal angle but as a community united for survival, the English need to lead the English, that’s the only leadership you need, we lead ourselves seems like a common sense option doesn’t it?

We also need to lose any connection with Britishness as the British Government and establishment are anti-English, if you haven’t sussed that yet then maybe you just haven’t awoken fully yet?

and we need to know who is English and who is not ethnicity wise, we do not need any of the multi-cultural promotion as it will be civil war soon based on survival of ethnicities and promoting multi-culture will not save you then as all ethnicities will be out for themselves.

It will basically be the English fighting for survival against all other ethnic groups and the authorities, and when I say authorities I mean…come the civil war the British Army will also be deployed onto our streets against us English as the Police will not cope…will the British Army be our hero’s then? believe me the English soldiers within the British forces will have their involvement in the civil war sold to them cleverly and carefully just as the illegal invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan has been sold to them by an anti-English British Government and has cost many lives of our own among others…continue to support this at the cost of the demise of the English community who will forever be under the iron rule of the anti-English British Government for as long as we support it.  

I predict this is where it will all be decided ultimately, with protest groups on either side being defunct as it will come down to basics of who is English and who is not for survival.

I predicted some time ago that the Police would get to the stage of not handling EDL Demo’s and civil war will evolve from that with the EDL being defunct and it will all come down to identities and survival and the British Amy will be bought in to mainly oppose us English, just as the Police do right now in violent demo’s or marches where the English have opposition, this is coming very soon, no doubt about it.

I also predicted that an alternative spark to light the flames of a civil war instead of the Police getting to the stage where they cannot handle street protests, will be that someone will be killed from either side of the street protest groups, I did hear a rumor today that this had happened? nevertheless if it is just a rumor, believe me this will more than likely happen and all hell will let loose and street protest group identities will not come into it but people’s ethnic identities will, as all will fight to survive.

I think it’s time to drop the PC multi-culture promotion and get real, it is no fuss no mess times ahead, straight to the point times ahead, identity survival times ahead and it is time to be English from a community and to defend that community.

Those who do not agree with this message, simply ignore it, it is not being forced upon you, do not waste your valuable time arguing about it, you have your own mind, simply get on with doing otherwise and proving me wrong, it is your choice, your life, don’t waste it arguing on the internet with someone who cares for you.

If you hit the British establishment hard enough, even as one man alone, as in the case of the half-English Raoul Moat who shot a British Government Policy Enforcement Officer (Police Officer) then the retaliation could result in the British Governments Military being ordered to take to our land or air space in their defence.
Are these the lengths that our most potent enemy the British Government is prepared to go to, if feeling out of control or if its rule of the land is threatened or attacked in general ?

We English need to think outside of the box, we need to go into the realms of free thinkers and deep thinkers to break from the enslavement we are in under British rule, we will not win our fight if we let our anger overcome us and let the system control us and do not channel our anger and control our thoughts into a new and unique stance that has not been done before concerning nationalism, as all that has been done before has failed or only made minor progress at its very best.

1066 and the Norman invasion changed everything for the early English and England. It changed the legal system for a start.
It imposed on England the feudal system, with barons, tax grabbing governments, a virtual police state and it trashed the Common Law.
Any benefit GRANTED by Magna Carta was already ours, under the Common Law!
It was the Common Law which the ruling dynasty (supported by the papacy the church Government headed by the Pope) wanted to replace, With what?
With their own anti-English legal system which put the English people in fear of its Government with its people not being in charge of its Government and in our specific case – we do not even have our own English Government, we have no English Parliament, it is a British Parliament – British Rule!
The story of which is the story of Anglo-Saxon or early English Common Law if you like versus its Norman hybrid, the deceptively named ‘English Common Law’ – two completely different systems.
The ‘English Common Law’ seems to be a deadly mixture of Roman Civil Law, Admiralty Law, Canon (Church) Law and other things, It’s the system which operates today with the legal industry for the benefit of the ruling elite (Those Anti-English British Rulers, some still of Norman stock, still enslaving us to Norman culture whether of Norman descent or not, they would be the champions of Norman Rule no doubt, they are traitors to the English in the form of British Rule.)
Mix this today with the Marxist and Communist infiltration seemingly creeping into the British Ruling elite and we have one of our worst Anti-English rules ever to exist over us.

We need to reverse this Anti-English British Rule, we need to expose and help to reverse the ills put onto us by this Norman culture which we now see as British Rule aided by Anti-English Marxist and Communist infiltration which runs shoddy over Anglo-Saxon/Early English Common law and is the main reason why we are in so much of an enslaved mess these days.

Several years ago now I was digging for info within the Muslim on-line community as I was becoming concerned of them becoming radical in England and I stumbled across this site

as I did more digging and found that they have a yearly ‘Muslim News Awards’ ceremony/show which is actually sponsored by the British MOD!

And I actually used the ‘Freedom of Information Act’ to find that it was to the sum of £10,000 going up to £15,000 a year!

This sort of cash spent in the British Army could save English soldiers lives yeah? and is a bit of an insult when English soldiers within the British Army are poorly funded which is putting their lives in danger.

Make of this what you will and make of why when I have put this info to groups who oppose Muslim extremists some time ago already, that no one has yet exposed this situation as far as I know.

This is one of the hugely concerning reasons I have found over the years to not support the British MOD but others will no doubt react in their own way to address this issue, that’s fine, we all have a different coping strategy with shocking news such as this.

Just watched the BBC’s usual attempt at undermining anything with a hint of Englishness in it, with their EDL program last night dubiously called ‘Young British and angry’ with not one person in it calling themselves British, they all called themselves ENGLISH and it was about the ENGLISH Defence League NOT BRITISH Defence League.
If you oppress, gag, use and abuse a people for so long then they will soon enough explode with inflammatory comments, anger and aggression, no surprise there at all, this is just the beginning of a huge English resistance that was poked and prodded into existence by an Anti-English British establishment.

Yes the EDL are a mixed bag of people and views as are many protest groups, but the overwhelming majority of its support are of those of English ethnicity who see something clearly wrong with a traitorous British rule over England who have enabled Muslim extremists to roam our country…. but wait until most of the EDL support regain their true English identity and see their long history of being oppressed since 1066 and in modern times via the 1707 Act of union with British rule now using and abusing them… this will open a whole new can of English resistance worms and is coming as a next phase of the English resistance no doubt.

The man back peddling in the program due to being accused of nominating a BNP candidate, as if nominating a legitimate political party candidate is something to be hugely ashamed of, should have not gone on the back-foot apologizing as this makes him look week and as if doing something wrong etc, this is exactly what the anti-English British establishment have done to the English, made them feel ashamed of fighting for their own or voting for some common sense policies all be it from a not perfect unionist/British party, but one that at least seems to recognise the ills put upon the English people to a greater extent than the 3 so called main parties.
We look forward to the same natured program produced by the BBC about the organized criminal state supported mob the UAF… (Rolls eyes.)
